1. About the Platform

Achol HR is a job advertising and candidate screening platform. The Platform serves three core functions:

• Advertising verified international job opportunities
• Allowing candidates to create professional profiles, upload documents, and apply for listed jobs
• Enabling an internal team to verify, screen, and review candidate profiles

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and profile completion.
• You must have the legal right to work or seek employment opportunities internationally.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide your real full name as it appears on your official identity document (passport or national ID).
• Provide a valid and accessible email address.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with anyone.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not create multiple accounts using different email addresses or identity documents.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Upload forged, falsified, or fraudulent documents.
• Provide misleading information about your qualifications, experience, or identity.
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or documents.
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute content from the Platform without permission.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content.

5. Document Upload and Verification

• All documents you upload must be genuine, unaltered, and belong to you.
• Our team may verify your documents and credentials. You consent to this verification process by using the Platform.
• Documents are stored securely outside the public web directory and are only accessible to authorized staff.
• If a document is rejected, you will be notified with a reason and given the opportunity to upload a corrected version.
• Uploading fake or tampered documents will result in immediate account suspension or permanent blacklisting.

6. Job Listings

• All job listings on the Platform are verified before publication.
• Job listings are for informational purposes. Achol HR does not guarantee that any listed position is still available at the time of your application.
• Achol HR does not guarantee employment outcomes for any candidate.
• The Platform does not disclose employer names or contact information to candidates.
• Application deadlines and job availability are subject to change without notice.

7. Applications

• You may submit a maximum of 3 active applications at any time.
• Duplicate applications to the same job are not permitted.
• You may withdraw an application before an interview is scheduled. After an interview is scheduled, withdrawal requires a valid reason.
• Application outcomes are determined by the internal review process. Achol HR does not influence hiring decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform, including text, design, logos, icons, and code, is the property of Achol HR and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without written permission.
• You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload. By uploading, you grant Achol HR a limited license to use that content for the purposes of operating the Platform.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Achol HR reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate any of these Terms.
• Upload fake, forged, or fraudulent documents.
• Provide false information about your identity or qualifications.
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the Platform.

Blacklisted users cannot re-register using the same email address, passport number, national ID number, or phone number.

11. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Achol HR is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
• Achol HR is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by employers in job listings.
• Achol HR is not responsible for any employment relationship, contract, or dispute between you and any employer.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
